Applied Compute (formerly Together AI), an open-source AI company, is raising a new funding round at a valuation of approximately $3 billion, according to media reports. The round is reportedly being led by prominent investor Elad Gil.
Driven by the growing interest in open-source models and cheaper AI solutions, the company has demonstrated strong commercial traction, recently reaching around $50 million in annualized revenue.
