NVIDIA announced strategic partnerships with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs, and KKR to establish independent compute financing platforms. The collaboration aims to mobilize over $500 billion in third-party capital for AI infrastructure buildout.
Under the memorandums of understanding, these institutions will create large-scale, dedicated pools of capital at attractive rates for NVIDIA customers. The initiative turns NVIDIA compute into an investable asset class, broadening access to AI factories and supporting ecosystem growth across hardware and software.
