The Bot Company, a $2 billion robotics startup founded by ex-Cruise CEO Kyle Vogt, is being sued by an Airbnb host. Sean Donovan alleged the company disguised themselves as remote workers from Thailand to rent his property, which they then used as a secret robot testing lab, seeking $12,383 in damages.

According to reports, the host's security camera recorded over 30 people entering and leaving in shifts over 11 nights. Inside, he found a six-foot robot prototype resembling a 'borg' from Star Trek. The property suffered extensive damage, including a scratched 70-year-old family dining table, missing pottery, and chipped tiles. The startup focuses on household chore robots but has barely revealed its prototypes.
