Microsoft Launches Work IQ Dev Tools Preview for End-to-End Agent Plugin Lifecycle

Microsoft announced the developer preview of Work IQ Developer Tools (WIQD), a new agentic experience for Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility.
WIQD aims to bridge the gap between an idea and a production-ready agent. It allows developers or an accompanying Copilot to run the entire plugin lifecycle—including skills, connectors, and declarative agents—from an empty folder to a published and monitored product in a single, end-to-end flow.
