Running MiniMax H3 Locally on RTX 5060 Ti: 8-Step Turbo LoRA Workflow
MayaProphecy · reddit · 2026-08-11
A developer shared an efficient workflow for running the MiniMax H3 video model locally. The setup uses MiniMax H3 in NVFP4 precision, combined with the lightx2v Turbo LoRA (requiring only 8 steps) and Sol Attention mechanism. The workflow generates a 0.5mp resolution video first, which is then upscaled using Topaz Video. The entire configuration runs smoothly on an RTX 5060 Ti with 16GB of VRAM and 32GB of system RAM.
