Israeli AI startup Decart is reportedly in advanced acquisition talks at a valuation of roughly $6 to $7 billion.
Nvidia was previously in the running, but reports indicate a new mystery bidder came in with a higher offer. Rumors suggest Elon Musk’s SpaceX is a leading possibility. Musk has reportedly been tracking Decart’s technology since 2024 and has remained in contact with its co-founder. However, no agreement has been officially signed yet.
