Developer @nichochar pointed out an interesting industry phenomenon: backend engineers generally think AI performs better on frontend code (because they don't review it), while frontend engineers believe AI is better at backend tasks (because they don't review backend).
This survivor bias-like cognitive difference reflects developers' true feelings about the capability boundaries of AI coding assistants.
