According to the Financial Times, a consortium of Wall Street giants including Apollo Global, Blackstone, BlackRock, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs, and KKR is partnering with Nvidia to invest $500 billion in AI infrastructure build-out.
If finalized, this move will help Nvidia offload financing risks from its balance sheet, alleviating market concerns over its heavy leverage. The deal could be announced as soon as Monday.
