Meta to Release 30B Model, Claiming Best Non-Chinese Open Weights

According to multiple leaks, Meta is about to release a new 30B parameter open-weights model, potentially codenamed Muse Glimmer.
Early testers note that while it doesn't quite reach the frontier of open models from China and still trails closed models, it is the best non-Chinese open weights model released in the past year, outperforming peers like Gemma in its class.
