Arc Founder: AI Browsers Fading, But Browser is to AI as Phone is to Smartphones

Following the sunset of ChatGPT's Atlas browser and Perplexity's Comet seemingly being in zombie mode, Browser Company's co-founder shared his perspective. He noted that when they started, nobody cared about browsers; then everyone did (copying Dia), and now everyone is bailing. Despite the industry shift, he emphasized his unwavering confidence that browser is to AI as phone was to smartphones.
