Scale AI Releases Muse Glimmer: 30B Open-Weight Agentic Model

Alexandr Wang announced the upcoming open-weight release of Muse Spark 1.2, alongside Muse Glimmer, a 30-billion parameter agentic model.
Released under the Apache 2.0 license, the model features:
- Pretrained on Muse Spark's outputs using logit distillation.
- Midtrained on longer-context and agent-heavy data.
- Posttrained with SFT, on-policy distillation, and RL across general, reasoning, coding, and agentic domains.
- Capable of running on 24GB of VRAM without losing agentic reliability.
