AI Won't Save Front-End Yet: Developers Urged to Master Design Fundamentals

A developer points out that while you could get away with an ugly website three years ago, the era of AI has ended that leniency. Even though anyone can use AI to generate landing pages now, AI still struggles significantly with front-end development.
He advises developers to go back to basics: learn design fundamentals, study top-tier websites, and practice replicating them, rather than blindly relying on AI tools.
