NicoLab28 released ClipProj-MiniMax-H3 on Hugging Face, replacing MiniMax H3's massive 32B text encoder with a tiny 4B one (Qwen3-VL-4B).
This optimization drastically cuts VRAM usage from 16GB down to 5.2GB while maintaining the same generation quality, making it highly accessible for low-end ComfyUI setups.
