Robotics Learning Hackathon Offers Hands-on Access to Robotic Arms
DominiqueCAPaul · x · 2026-08-10
The post announces an open hacking weekend focused on robot learning. Emphasizing hands-on practice, the event will provide over a dozen SO-100 arms (thanks to the Pollefeys lab) for participants, solving the problem of engineers wanting to experiment with robotic models but lacking hardware.
The format is purely open hacking with no prizes, judging, or demo pressure, aiming to help engineers and computer scientists learn and connect with peers sharing similar interests.
