South Korea's Motif-3 Released, Edges Out Qwen 3.7 Max in Benchmarks

Motif Technologies, a participant in South Korea's national AI Foundation Model project, has officially released Motif-3 (314B-A13B). Among domestic competitors, Upstage, Motif, and SKT are advancing to the next round as LG’s EXAONE showed disappointing results.
According to the benchmark data, reverse-calculating the AAII score puts Motif-3 at 47.364, slightly edging out Qwen 3.7 Max. In specific tests, Motif-3 scores 76.2 on SWE-Bench Verified and 94.7 on τ²-Bench Telecom. Overall, Upstage’s Solar Pro 4 is projected to take the lead in the next round.
