Meta Releases Muse Glimmer: 30B Open-Weights Model for Local Agent Workflows

Meta announced the open-weights release of Muse Glimmer, a 30-billion-parameter model designed to run agent workflows locally on personal computers under an Apache 2.0 license. It is compact enough to run on a single consumer GPU.
The model shows strong performance in several benchmarks, scoring 75.5 on MCP Atlas and 74.6 on DeepSearch QA. However, it slightly trails Qwen3.6-27B in tests like OSWorld, TerminalBench, and SWE-bench Verified.
