Unitree Robotics has officially gone public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at a valuation of approximately $9 billion. Its IPO saw extraordinary oversubscription: retail investors oversubscribed by 8,288 times (with a mere 0.018% lot-winning rate), while the institutional tranche was oversubscribed 2,760 times.
The prospectus reveals stellar financials:
- Surging Revenue: 2025 revenue exceeded 1.7 billion RMB, up more than 4x year-over-year.
- Profitability: Adjusted net profit reached 600 million RMB.
- Business Shift: Humanoid robots have officially overtaken robot dogs as the company's largest business line.
- Global & AI Backing: Overseas markets account for 40%+ of revenue, and DeepSeek is listed among its strategic IPO investors.
Founded in 2016 by Wang Xingxing with affordable robot dogs, Unitree is now one of the world's first publicly listed humanoid robot manufacturers.
