OpenCodex: Run Any LLM with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex

Introduces the open-source tool OpenCodex. Users can configure various models via the ocx gui command in the terminal, supporting both API and OAuth. Once configured, custom models appear in the official Codex model picker without interfering with native models.
