Brendan Foody predicts that 50% of "Neolabs" (new AI labs valued in the billions) will eventually pivot into the RLaaS (Reinforcement Learning as a Service) market.
This trend is already materializing, with a Neolab valued at around $2B seeking enterprise partners for domain-specific RL data built on their simulation infrastructure.
