Firecrawl Open-Sources Web Data Agent for Structured Web Research

Firecrawl has open-sourced the foundation of its Web Data Agent on GitHub, designed specifically for structured web research.
The project features a layered architecture. Developers can use top-level Next.js or Express templates to quickly scaffold applications with chat UI, streaming, and sub-agents, or dive into the lower-level Agent Core orchestrator for finer control. It allows developers to swap models, add custom skills, and deploy flexibly.
