jiqizhixin · x · 2026-08-10
Researchers from the Chinese Academy of Sciences introduced CtrlBench-Rec, a novel benchmark for evaluating the controllability of black-box recommender systems.
The study built a multi-agent framework that tests systems across three core dimensions:
- Ability to locate specific niche content requested by users;
- Capacity to reshape user interest profiles;
- Capability to overcome popularity bias and surface hidden long-tail items.
