Grok Imagine 2.0 ships, jumping to #2 on the global image leaderboard

xAI has quietly shipped Grok Imagine 2.0, which has rapidly climbed to the #2 spot on the global image generation leaderboard, right behind GPT-image-2.
Contextually, xAI added a "Quality" mode next to Grok Imagine's Speed mode back in April, followed by API access a month later. After months of mid-pack performance (1228 Elo for text-to-image, 1390 for editing), this update marks a significant leap in capability.
