Kai-Fu Lee on AI Employment: Lee stated that while AI excels at "left-brain" logic, it lacks human "right-brain" traits like empathy and aesthetics. He advised people to pursue "data-less" and "open-ended" fields (like plumbing), predicting open-ended blue-collar jobs will be hard to replace in the next 5-10 years.
