The core issue is that AI makes tiny bug fixes and small features feel like they only take a few hours. By running 10 of these tasks in parallel, he ended up stuck in an endless loop of trivial fixes all day, completely neglecting marketing and business growth.
To break this vicious cycle, he is taking a week off to reset. He plans to read books on delegating, learn how to hire developers, and hopes to return to scale the business 10x.
