Claude Code Update: Sessions Can Now Message Each Other

Claude Code has introduced a practical new feature that allows multiple user sessions to communicate directly. Instead of re-explaining context in a new session, users can now instruct Claude to send a task summary, allowing the other session to pick up the work mid-task seamlessly.
