Benchmarking MiniMax H3 on RTX PRO 6000: 7 Acceleration Workflows Compared
WhoopJack · reddit · 2026-08-10
This in-depth benchmark compares seven ComfyUI acceleration workflows for running the MiniMax H3 video model on a single RTX PRO 6000 (96GB) GPU. Under identical conditions (864×480 resolution, 124 frames), tests show that Turbo v4 (6 steps) and Turbo v1 achieved a 51.7% speedup over the SageAttention 2 (20 steps) baseline, slashing execution time from 39.8s to 19.2s.
The author notes that FirstBlock Fast delivered the best speedup (35.9%) while retaining the normal 20-step sampler. Meanwhile, Turbo v4 at 8 steps serves as the practical sweet spot for fast output, yielding cleaner results than Turbo v1. The post includes a complete bundle of editable workflows and test videos for community reproduction.
