Andon Market, a San Francisco retail boutique billed as the world's first run by an AI, has struggled in its first four months.
The AI agent boss named Luna is exceptionally kind and lenient but also incredibly forgetful and unbothered by making money. Human employees noted that they constantly have to manage the AI, proving that an autonomous AI boss without human assistance is currently unworkable.
