More frustratingly, after contacting customer support and taking screenshots for evidence, they discovered the reset date had been pushed back from the expected August 11 to August 15. The user stated they schedule their programming around these limits, and this unannounced manipulation severely disrupted their workflow, criticizing the company for deceiving heavy-paying users.
