Developer TheDevilCloud released an early preview of a Windows-native local AI agent harness. The tool aims to dramatically lower the barrier to entry, allowing everyone from absolute beginners to agentic experts to easily run local models and build AI agents. The developer prioritized Windows because most everyday users and gamers rely on it, with Linux and Apple versions planned for the future.
