emollick · x · 2026-08-10
Wharton Professor Ethan Mollick utilized OpenAI Codex to convert the 1985 interactive novel A Mind Forever Voyaging into a web game with a modern GUI.
The project preserves the complete text, choices, and branches of the original Z-machine story file without altering the original plot or puzzles. It is highly accessible for new players and is open-sourced on GitHub for further community improvements.
