Running MiniMax H3 on RTX 5090: 5 Mins for a 10s 720p Video

A creator shared a short film, The Last Witness (featuring an AI-generated Brad Pitt), made using the MiniMax H3 model.
The author also raised a hardware performance bottleneck: on an RTX 5090, using the pruned fp8 R2VA model with all optimizations, generating a 10-second 720p video takes 5 minutes. However, extending the duration to 15 seconds spikes the render time to 15 minutes. The author currently has 64GB of system RAM and is looking for ideas to further optimize generation efficiency.
