ChatGPT Users Report Broken Multi-Device Sync for Shared Projects

Tech blogger Peter Yang reported that onboarding mainstream users to the ChatGPT desktop app for agent capabilities is frustrating due to basic functional bugs. Specifically, when using shared projects: 1) Family members with edit access cannot upload documents, receiving an "unknown error"; 2) Shared projects created on the web app do not appear anywhere in the ChatGPT desktop app.
