AI Reshapes Org Charts: From Managing People to Managing Context

The core insight is that management is shifting from directing people to managing agents, which essentially boils down to managing context. This shared context layer—comprising customer data, SOPs, pricing, permissions, and decision logs—becomes the company's real brain and competitive moat. Humans and agents may come and go, but the compounding context remains highly difficult to replicate.
