This philosophy led to the creation of Indie Builders (currently 180 members), a community focused on AI × Solopreneur practices:
- Share Work-in-Progress: Members are encouraged to bring unfinished pages, Skills, mini-programs, or products to get real-time feedback for iteration.
- Solve Specific Problems: For example, when a member struggled with batch podcast transcription, the author mapped out the entire workflow—download, transcribe, organize—and packaged it into a reusable Skill.
- Knowledge Base: Valuable insights from the community are distilled into a structured knowledge base covering minimal business loops, positioning, AI stacks, and workflows to help indie developers monetize.
