Using Kijai's experimental w4a8 quantized checkpoint (12GB) combined with a Turbo LoRA, a developer successfully ran the MiniMax H3 model locally in the Wan2GP environment.
Tests show that on an RTX 5090, it takes only about 13 minutes to generate a 12-second 1080p high-definition video. The prompts were cleverly generated using the free Gemini model available via the Google search bar.
