The author shares a complete workflow for automating job hunting using ChatGPT. Key steps include:
- Job Matching: Prompting ChatGPT to act as a senior recruiter to list the 20 best-matching job titles and ATS keywords based on a resume.
- Resume Optimization: Rewriting the resume using the Google XYZ formula to create a master template for quick tailoring.
- Auto Scraping & Organizing: Using ChatGPT Work's web capabilities to find matching jobs on LinkedIn and Indeed, generating a spreadsheet with match scores and tailored resumes.
- Assisted Applying: While fully auto-submitting isn't possible, ChatGPT can open application portals and assist in filling out details.
