AI Chip Demand Could Pull Over $2 Trillion in Investment, JPMorgan Estimates

Bloomberg reports that hyperscalers are shifting from their historical reliance on cash flow for expansion. The massive scale of AI investment is pushing them toward bonds, leases, and joint ventures for project financing.
JPMorgan projects tech bond sales to reach $540 billion and estimates that more than $2 trillion may ultimately be needed to fund AI chips.
