Building Obsidian Plugins Autonomously with AI via CLI
dSebastien · x · 2026-08-09
The author shares a practice of building an AI coding workflow using the Obsidian CLI. With CLI tools, AI agents can not only write notes but also autonomously complete the development and debugging loop of Obsidian plugins.
The agent can automatically execute the full cycle of writing code, reloading the plugin, taking a screenshot to check the rendering, reading error logs, and fixing issues, all without human mouse intervention.
