WanGP FL2VA Video Generation Artifacts: Low VRAM Settings Suspected
Bulky-Schedule8456 · reddit · 2026-08-09
A developer encountered noticeable artifacting in WanGP while running the FL2VA Pruned 20B model with 4-step acceleration and a Speed LoRA.
The test was conducted at 480p (832x480) using a very low VRAM profile. The community suspects the visual artifacts are directly caused by the extreme low VRAM settings, though precision loss from optimizations like Sage Attention could also be a factor. This highlights the common trade-offs and tuning challenges when running large video generation models on consumer hardware with limited VRAM.
