Codex Auto-Approval System Broken: Hardcoded Model Name Blocks High-Risk Actions

The Codex desktop app (Windows) fails to execute any operation requiring approval (e.g., opening a browser) because the auto-review system hardcodes the model name codex-auto-review, while the underlying API only supports deepseek-v4-pro and deepseek-v4-flash. The issue has persisted since 2026-08-06, even with approval mode set to "Full Access".
