DarkFox is an automated investigation framework designed for Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and OSINT. The tool aims to streamline investigative workflows targeting the dark and deep web.
Core capabilities include:
- Automated Discovery: Uses the Ahmia search engine to automatically find .onion sites.
- Secure Verification: Validates discovered dark web addresses and captures screenshots with forensic metadata, routing all traffic through the Tor network.
- Reporting: Automatically documents and organizes findings into a LibreOffice spreadsheet.
The tool is intended for security researchers, red/blue teams, and law enforcement for authorized research such as ransomware gang information gathering.
