Claude Bug: Deleted Attachments Are Still Read by the Model

A Reddit user discovered a severe privacy and logic bug in Claude: even if you delete or cancel an attachment before sending the prompt, Claude still receives the file data.
The author accidentally uploaded drum samples from their DAW, removed them, and attached the correct file. However, Claude's subsequent response revealed that it fully knew about the contents of the "cancelled" files. This raises significant concerns regarding data control and privacy on AI platforms.
