A developer shared their experience using the Claude Chrome extension (Computer Use). The tool can directly take over mouse controls to perform complex GUI tasks like Canva editing, organizing CRM leads, and social media management.
However, this comes at a massive token cost: it consumes significantly more tokens than using Claude Code for video editing. The author is currently seeking community advice on optimizing workflows to reduce these exorbitant expenses.
