Google Launches Gemini Robotics ER 2: Enabling Multi-Robot Collaboration and Real-Time Vision

Google officially launched the Gemini Robotics ER 2 model, a high-level brain designed for robots. The model can think while moving, featuring real-time video understanding, multi-robot collaboration, and sub-second latency. Furthermore, it outperforms Opus 5 and Sol on robotics evals while being faster and cheaper. The model is now live in the Gemini API, and Google announced a collaboration with Boston Dynamics.
