A developer tested the MiniMax H3 Pruned 20B model on an A4500 (20GB VRAM), reducing the time to generate a 15-second video from 68 minutes to just 17 minutes (down to 52 sec/step from 204 sec/step).
This massive speedup comes from newly introduced sol-attn and first block cache optimizations, with barely any perceptible loss in quality.
