OpenAI released GPT-5.6 Sol, usable in CC harness. To celebrate, usage limits for paid ChatGPT Work and Codex users were reset. Meanwhile, Anthropic's hiring response clarified they don't ban users for using harnesses with other models, and are investigating a possible classifier misclassification.
