alisitskii · reddit · 2026-08-09
A developer shared a local workflow for generating 2K high-resolution video on a single RTX 4080s (16GB VRAM).
- Base Generation: Uses MiniMax H3 int8 to generate a 10-second, 0.7MP initial clip, taking about 12m40s.
- Spatial Upscale: Uses LTX 2.3 to scale resolution by 1.5x to 1728x640px, taking 3m46s.
- Final Upscale: Uses RTX VSR Highbitrate-Medium + Deblur-Low for a 1.5x final upscale to 2592x1440px, taking under 10 seconds.
The entire pipeline takes about 16 minutes to produce a 10-second 2K video. The author provided the full ComfyUI workflow configuration and node links.
