A developer has released grapevine 🍇, an open-source and experimental plugin for Claude Code. By default, multiple Claude Code sessions operate blindly, unaware of what the other sessions are doing.
This plugin bridges that gap by enabling different Claude Code sessions to communicate and share context with each other, effectively enhancing the workflow for multi-agent collaborative development.
