Grapevine: Open-Source Plugin for Contextual Awareness Across Claude Code Sessions

A developer has released grapevine, an open-source and experimental plugin for Claude Code. By default, independent Claude Code sessions are blind to each other's actions, which can lead to edit collisions.
To fix this, the plugin observes sessions via hooks and builds a dependency graph of touched files. When an edit lands on a file another session cares about, it drops an advisory note so the AI can decide whether to alert the peer session.
