Vinod Khosla warns that traditional IT services and BPO businesses "will be gone" in the age of AI. However, he suggests India can still win if it shifts towards deploying AI.
Meanwhile, AI is heavily impacting the Philippines' $40 billion outsourcing industry employing 1.9 million people. As clients increasingly expect suppliers to run automation, the value of traditional headcount-based contracts is changing, forcing over two-thirds of industry members to adapt their business models.
